1 / In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen days from the date of receipt of your order to return any item does not suit you, in its original packaging and in new condition as when receiving specific to marketing and request an exchange or refund, with the exception of return fees.
The repayment period is usually 3 to 5 days (the law imposes a refund within 14 days maximum).
WARNING: No withdrawal will be accepted if the returned product is unfit for marketing.

2 / All Products modified or painted, will neither be refunded nor be exchanged.
Before installation products requires modification or a painting, it is NECESSARY to check compatibility of your vehicle by making a pose to "white" .
To avoid litigation following a return, you will be asked to make pictures dated before returning the product

3 / You MUST check the parcel on receipt (by opening the package), in the presence of the deliveryman. If the package is damaged, or missing parts must refuse the package and do not sign the receipt.
Without application of this directive, any claim for damaged product, or missing can not be taken into account.
This is especially important for large packages such as bumpers and hood.

The shipping and return are borne by the customer.
